Usually I work out during the night which is nice because there's no one there and I can kind of just relax and everything But I worked out today during the day. I feel really motivated and I feel like accomplished. What do you guys work out?
I would probably have to go with might work out like two hours and a half before I go to bed cause I am still nice and tired get a good nights sleep and wake up feeling great
I currently don't work out, but I honestly want to start to work out in the morning. for like working out in the morning as a start of a good day and just put you in a great space.
Normally at school for softball or I would just be like this I want you to bend my schedule whenever I can't get it in but I always end up working out no matter what
