I don't know, I rarely make a chess move in under 10 seconds, so I would have to say mind reader. That may give me a chance.

The mind reader, because the mind reader can read the mind of the person that's looking into the future and they can use that strategy, although it could create a weird loop and maybe an endless chess game.
