Personally I like both so in the morning I will head to tow hair and body and then in the evening I like taking a shower with just my body like I'll put in my hair so it doesn't ruin it

Let's be honest showers at like 7pm is the best because you can get out blow dry your hand and go to sleep.

I like to do the American shower which is every five months.
