I think my opinion on coconut waters I have it in my fridge but I try not to drink it because it's kind of like an emergency case only but every time I've had it I didn't mind it but it was always in warm temperatures

Personally I hate coconut water and everything related to coconut nut ice cream not rice not cereals not tried I don't like that at all

It's really good as a source of electrolytes. So I went through a phase where I was drinking a lot of it to balance my electrolytes. It was really good. I liked it a lot, but the one I was drinking had a lot of sugar in it so that probably wasn't the best.

So I really like coconut water I don't drink it on a regular basis but I definitely think it's some thing that is refreshing and I do enjoy you knows I like it especially when it's straight from the coconut that's good

I have had coconut water from the OG coconuts in Dominican republic and it is delicious but the way that they make it they add a little bit of sugar into it and ice into the coconut water it

I have had coconut water and I definitely drink it again it does taste a bit unusual to me but that's just because I don't drink it often but it has so many great health benefits to it
