I learned this in nursing school. Re-read your notes within 24 hours, and then re-read them again. And re-read them again and go over them and then quiz yourself on it.

I never studied for one test in my life. Well, I'm on my barber school exam, I did. And there's a couple other things. but high school I never studied ever.
