What is your favorite thing to do to relax? Like do you do like yoga or just listen to music or do you like lay in bed like how do you relax?

To use egg working on myself like self-care and then showering and stuff and working out doing my homework so I'm caught up and everything is writing down my thoughts and just makes me happy about myself
