So I don't know if anyone's heard of this and it's called a star method I recently found out about it so I've been trying to implement it into my routine when I'm dealing with stressful situations especially by my toddlers that she can see that I am going to step back and like a top situation so hopefully she'll be able to learn it but basically it's stop take a breath and relax have you guys heard of this have you tried it if not try it see how it goes let me know and if you have how does it work for you
I actually have not, but I'm definitely gonna think about trying to do it and just like saying out loud because maybe it would help my daughter when she gets super stressed out at moments.
