What's an addiction many people don't realize they have? For me, the first thing that came to mind was social media. It's so easy to mindlessly scroll hours on end and consume content. And even though my job is being a content creator, whenever I'm not working, I do the best I can to stay offline and do things that, you know, bring me joy without using any devices, like painting or, you know, going to the beach or hanging out with a friend, things that, again, don't require devices. So yeah, let me know an addiction you can think of.
Good morning girl dog. Hey. Hey, okay. My first one that came to mind was scrolling guilty as charged and in the last two months I told myself every time you start to scroll and you fall down that pit of Hours and hours and hours of watching other people's lives or God know whatever, you know, whatever reason It's just like go live your life boo. I pick up a book. I pick up a book instead and I read it I read it for a couple hours and I don't feel like scrolling anymore. It's perfect
I honestly love the way you answered this because that is such a great habit is to pick up a book every time you feel like you're going to do that. So I'm going to implement that into my September goal of reducing screen time because that's something I've been actively trying to work on. So I appreciate you commenting and explaining that and I hope you have a great rest of your week.
