Okay, so people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So do you eat breakfast or is it just something you skip and just have a bigger lunch or dinner? I will say for me when I was younger, like especially in school days, I really did not like eating breakfast because I always felt queasy or I just, I don't know, I just felt like my stomach was too sensitive. But now that I'm older, I have to eat breakfast before I work like or do a workout even because I need something in my system. So nowadays, yes, I love breakfast, whether it's savory or sweet. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day actually now. So there's that. But yeah, would love to know.
I think it depends on the person. Some people like to eat breakfast in the morning. Some people don't. And it depends on what you can eat in the morning. With me, sometimes I don't eat breakfast in the morning. Sometimes I wait until the afternoon to eat. So, like I said, it depends on the person. So, yeah, that's my opinion.

As of late, yes I've become more consistent because I don't really have a choice so I need to boost my metabolism in the morning and so I have to consume about 25 to 30 grams of protein every morning before I work out and yeah it's I'm not as creative as far as proteins are concerned but it's a work in progress and so yeah breakfast I do mm-hmm
I am personally not a breakfast person. I kind of have to be in the mood for breakfast. So I'm definitely a lunch type of person but as far as like breakfast not so much.
