Do you guys think about people making noise in the gym I'm talking people Slammin weights screaming like they're giving birth breathing all sorts of weird shit I'm in for me I've got a nice cancelling headphones doesn't really impacted me but yeah
I understand why they make noise. Now before I was working I was really really really like crazy Jim Fanatics, I didn't get it, but I understand now. They need that to get that weight up. REVERberation now in 18
If it's excessive and unnecessary then yeah it's annoying but honestly I have caught myself making a little bit of noise when it's when I'm lifting like super heavy so I mean it's whatever as long as it's not unnecessary
Where is the gym doesn't really matter to me I don't mind it's just when people are talking and taking up equipment when they could be wrong in moving on
Hey, no isn't it Jim, it's Jokes. Especially when it's like, you see you're a big guy and it's like, it sounds hella feminine when it's like trying to like push away or something. May some love.
So there's something as too much and then also just brick and out too much as you know you're just being overly dramatic about it like there's no point in it and then like you know if you're actually working out when you're like trying to let the heaviest way you make noise like no one's gonna give a shit
I personally don't have an issue with it. I mean, everyone handles working out in a different way, and I just like to mind my own business because I know if that was me and everyone was staring or judging me. I feel so awkward and embarrassed.
You know, when you go to the gym enough, all the noise that is in the gym, you naturally block it out. So even when you're in there, you don't really care. You don't really focus too much. But when you get out, it's like, oh, damn, it's kind of quiet.
