Alright, we're putting some awareness on mental health. How do you guys manage your stress and your mental health? For me, I think it's all about just enjoying yourself, spending time with friends and family, loved ones, doing stuff that makes you feel good, like going to the gym and just looking after yourself, like meditate and just making yourself feel good.
For me, I can't really manage anymore bro. Just can't cope. I'm just gonna do it man. So God, nah, uh, probably just pass time with hobbies or go out with friends, yeah.
I agree I definitely wanna add and I love going on walks especially prayer walks but I just like talk out loud especially like when I wanna lay out my burdens it really does distress mean
