Okay, so since it's about to be a new week, what helps you get back on track? Because the first thing I do is declutter, reorganize, basically just get everything lined up ahead of time so that I'm not so stressed out as the week goes on, if that makes sense. And because I know I took care of that in advance, I, you know, feel much more, you know, on track with all my goals. But yeah, that's what I do, but very curious to hear what you do.
What I do is let myself relax that first day where I'm feeling like out of it and like in a slump and everything and then what I do is like I cannot be in the slump anymore like make a plan wake up early the next morning get back into the routine of things like track your habits like be accountable of yourself with all like your goals and everything like just reflect on your goals your life in general and see what's wrong so that's like really what I do.
