So I often travel, and so do a lot of my friends, and knock on wood, I actually don't ever get jet lag. Like, I seem to be perfectly fine to adjust to whatever time zone I'm in. But I'm curious to know what tips you have to beat it, because I normally just recommend doing an all-nighter the first night to better align yourself. But yeah, that's the only tip I can think of.
