Okay something that I feel like people don't talk about enough is that obviously we all want to better ourselves in some way shape or form but you know it's very natural to have some setbacks and so I want to ask you what's something you're wanting to improve about yourself but having some trouble doing because for me it's just you know working out consistently because I feel like with travel plans and just my busy work schedule I'm not setting aside enough time and I feel like I don't have the best time management when it comes to that so that's something I'm trying to improve on but yeah there are days where I just don't feel like working out because it's too hot outside or again just having a friend come up with a plan to go hang out and you know I pick that it's just you know trying to unlearn those habits and being a better person when it comes to working out so that's just me but I'm very curious to hear you know what you want to improve on and having trouble about and let's see if we can help each other out.
