Would you rather run on a treadmill or do free running? Or running in nature or for a park or on the streets?

Treadmill. If I'm gonna be running in the open world, I'm parkouring on buildings and shit. But I haven't done that in years.

Definitely running in nature is better for you and it's less taxing on your knees.

Probably running in nature but the one that's more convenient at the gym is doing just the treadmill.

I prefer running in nature but when it's cold outside or it's too um like the weather's too extreme then obviously running in the treadmill.

Um, I'd probably prefer running outside if the weather was nice. I don't really like treadmills very much.

I actually like running in nature more. I'm just like really scared to go outside and run in the world. So yeah
