Is the soundtrack of a film of the highest importance? I think it is, hear me out, because it can really make it or break it. Music carries this nostalgia attached to it because it creates a feeling and movies create memories. So when you attach those two things, it can really create a fundamental fan base within somebody or it can kind of lose that fan base. If you know what I mean, sound off. Let me know what you think.
I think a great movie score can elevate a movie. A soundtrack can build hype for a movie. Kind of like what Black Panther did. Kendrick Lamar did that one.
Kendrick Lamar on the Black Panther album. All of the hits on the Spider-Man and to the Spider-Verse. I just heard that J. Cole and Dreamville are doing the soundtrack for Creed 3. Makes me want to listen to it now.
I agree with you. I really admire whatever you have to say. You always have something really good to ask the conversation. So thank you for always responding, Jake.
Honestly, it really just depends on the film. Like, some films do really good when they don't have any kind of soundtrack nor music to it, but let's say like you're watching like a sad movie or some shit, you don't want to be over here hearing like, romantic happy upbeat tunes in the background.
It's not a movie but a show it's called primal it's kind of like a cartoon show you think it's lame because it's cartoons but it's so good it doesn't have a soundtrack right it's just like these like beats cause there's no lyrics and they don't even speak for most of it so
