What is a movie you recommend to anybody who suffers with any type of mental health issues asking for a friend no just kidding I'm asking for me I was on a bit of a hiatus where I wasn't really using social media apps because I was going through kind of a mental breakthrough where I do I know I suffer from a lot of anxiety depression a lot of them a bit of a addiction issues and so I was spiraling but I found my balance again and I just wanted to know any movies you recommend that can help somebody with mental health issues doesn't have to be positive it can be about mental health issues and about pushing through them
