Okay, it's just, I don't know what's in the air, but a lot of people I know have been talking about insomnia and how they're not able to get a proper good night's sleep. And honestly, from time to time, I also experienced that. So I wanna ask you guys here, what do you do if you can't sleep? I would love to hear all the suggestions that you guys do in terms of a remedy to get back to sleep. And if you're not able to go back to sleep, how do you entertain yourselves? I, yeah, again, would love to hear it all. So yeah, let me know.
If I can't sleep, I just don't sleep until I pass out, which usually works. So like, like, like, like, I just talk to people and watch YouTube and TikTok and then play games and stuff until I pass out. That's how I sleep when I can't sleep.
I stare at the ceiling and just look at it and then I fall asleep. I won't remember when or what time I fall asleep. We just like stare into nothingness and soon your brain will be so bored that it would just like sleep
