Whenever I get stressed out, I have a headache come on and it's not the best and often would that everyone here is healthy, happy and safe. But how do you treat a headache or, you know, in some people's cases a migraine when it happens? Like what do you do? Because for me, mine usually happen besides stress is when I don't drink enough water. So the first thing I do is drink as much water as possible. And then the second thing I do is try to like lie down, especially on the side that I feel the uncomfortableness from. And then I just try to take it easy. I did buy a migraine cap. You can get them on Amazon and you could put it in the freezer so that it's like, oh, nice and cool for you to put over your head. It did help, but I can't be wearing that all the time because I also work from home. I have those like blue light blocking glasses. Yeah, but you know, sometimes I just feel like, Okay, maybe there's more solutions out there and I might as well ask now. So yeah, let me know what you do. And if you have any tips, please feel free to show that as well.
See, that's what I normally do, but honestly, I'm just looking for another solution since I can't always do that, but I will say that is a wonderful tip though. I could do it more often.
But it's crazy though. I don't really suffer from headaches as much too much Except for the beginning of summer like it go like spring going into summer. It's happened like the last four years in a row Maybe two times two days out of the week For the first like I don't know man. It's it was a month or two period Where they're excruciating to the point of like it feels like my brains on fire You can only sit there and wait for the excedron to kick in.
OK I suffer from migraines a lot thank you genetics so I figure in a couple tricks that help a lot like core sleep is like the best thing you can do to be honest but we are people we have shit to do so the best thing you can do when you had to be up and Adam just get some BC powder which is just a shit ton of aspirin Take some Coca-Cola suck on some peppermints drink water and do you press to keep yourself away from light
Wow, you just gave so much helpful advice. Honestly, thank you so much. I'm gonna try some of those things the next time I feel migraine coming on. But anyways, I hope you have a wonderful rest of your week. And again, thank you.
Sedging migraine that shit I mean unless you got some more powerful stuff that is well only a doctor that can give you a really cool friend or a cool person that has them will sell them to you other than that yeah I try to stay hydrated and pressure points you know like between your finger you know your four finger in your thumb. Somebody show me that and I blew my mind.
And again, okay, so like those those super bad migraines that I would get at that time of the year They only had they wake me up out of a dead sleep They don't happen usually during the day very rare like during the day where they'll just start up It's always when I'm sleeping and they literally will wake me up out of a dead sleep and they are I mean Like I said, it's excruciating, I can't even explain it. It's because I'm not used to those kind of headaches, but they're terrible.
Hey this is the interesting topic because what I do is live because I suffer from our games a lot as well so what I do is I try to drink a lot of water and try to get a lot of sleep in but mostly wear heels to his last heat like hot showers by make sure that the water hot water hits that spot so that it can go away
Oh when you have a headache try to turn off all the lights and then open up like a window blade you gotta be cold outside so open up a window and then sit right next to it Because it like it just feels good on your head Get a cold ;-)
Um, I can't. I don't have any medicine. I'm not allowed to take any medicine that isn't for me because my parents don't trust me. Uh, like how I'm not allowed with knives and other shit, but I am allowed to ask. I just take a fucking Tylenol or Ibuprofen. That's how it helps me. Where I just like pass out and it helps me in the morning
