There's no wrong answer to this, but what's your version of self-care? Because I find that not one person does the same as someone else does. Like everyone does their own thing, which is awesome. And for me, I will definitely say a form of self-care is actually putting my phone on, do not disturb, watching a funny movie, getting, you know, food from like Uber Eats or it's just some sort of like delivery service and just really enjoying the moment with my family and friends or even by myself honestly and I also love to do skincare I love to do my nails just you know things that make me happy of course they're not like absolutely necessary but they make me feel good and if you feel good then you look good and if you look good then you feel good but yeah I I want to hear from you guys on what you guys do.
I agree. I think taking yourself out on a date is important. You know, just getting to know yourself, spend the time with yourself, turning off your phone, notifications, and meditate and reflecting. It's super important to doing some introspective work, some shadow work, and getting into artistry.
Well, I'll make music. I'm on brand to keep myself occupied from drama and talk shit. Yeah, I stayed on myself. Be me, you know, I don't follow nobody. That's why everybody You really inspired for me because I'll be me.
What really helps me is like fucking like genuinely just seeing the fucking leaves of trees and shit like she just makes me feel better and think better you know, that self-care for me.
There are so many versions of self-care out there that it's amazing. So my version of self-care is going to the garage, putting on some music, turning it on the camera and dancing around. And then shortly after that, I edit, chop up some videos and make something out of it that makes me really happy. So that's my form of self-care.

My self-care is probably having a nice shower and then getting out do you have to do some skincare and then just get low snacks and just eat my favourite meal and just sit down and watch my favourite movie or just carry on watching some series are in watching I see my friends as well but sometimes I need more along time as well
