So yeah I've been gone for a little minute it's time I now try to get back on here and things like that I miss you but anyway it's OK so I just ran 6 miles today but I usually either like three or 4 miles on the average day when I say I'm so proud of myself like I literally had to keep telling myself so you just keep going I promise you like your mind is so freaking powerful like you can easily give up and I have no type of strength left or whatsoever motivation live through running if you if your thoughts are just like oh my goodness I can't keep going I can't do this I can't go no more but when you constantly like remind yourself like no you almost at the finish line you got this you gotta keep going keep pushing keep going keep going keep going you literally have to be on it like constantly every second why are you running that's how it is for me I don't know about job that's how it is for me to this hobby running for so long because I am I'm literally my own My own fitness coach literally so yeah that's some good advice for you
Oh yes, definitely hard to be my own coach because there's days where I like mentally talk myself out of it because I'm too lazy and I don't want to get off the couch. And it even applies to other parts of my life too like working on a project or you know even cooking dinner. I'm like I'll do it later or I'll you know you know I'll like make every excuse in the book basically. But what really really helps is actually going on Pinterest or TikTok and looking at transformation videos that does it every time.
