So I don't be going to the arm I don't be going to the fitness places every day to work out I'd like to switch my routine up I'll be going to the boxing gym to anybody else we're going to the boxing gym sometime let me know
Oh this is a good one. Yeah I think switching up your routine is definitely good for you just because your body will get so used to to it'll it'll get used to the same like routine things that you do and then you won't really see progress in you know the areas that you're trying to you know either bulk in or lose weight in. So yeah, it's definitely good to switch it up.
For me personally I do like your thinking so I can go gym I can go to calisthenics outside I can go to like a gym of a spa in sauna or go to the boxing gym I might try out still
