Just out of curiosity, I want to know what time do you go to bed before midnight or after midnight? And I'm talking most nights. I'm not talking about like once a week Because I ironically even though I'm a morning person and I you know enjoy most of the daytime I Go to bed after midnight. I don't know why like my body will just not let me sleep before midnight and I thrive off little sleep and you know knock on wood I want everyone healthy and happy here and that's not the most ideal situation but it's just the way my body is but I'm very very curious to hear how you are with sleep.
Well honestly I've recently been going to sleep like one or two or one almost 2 in the morning so after midnight definitely I don't know some nights I don't I don't feel like going to sleep like early unless I have somewhere to be in the morning then I will try to go to sleep real early because I have somewhere to be in the morning but definitely after midnight
see I'll go to bed before midnight but it's mostly at like 11 11 to 10 or some shit like that but I go I go before midnight y'all be calling me a old man some shit but I'll go a bit out. So I'll go to bed at like 10 or 11.
I'm like you. I'm up at six seven o'clock every day, but for some reason I Don't go to sleep till after midnight I can lay down in bed at like nine ten o'clock in the day or at night But I will not actually go to sleep. And so after midnight, I don't know why
It's really fucked up because I don't I don't really have a sleep schedule so like yesterday yesterday went to sleep at 10 they before they went to sleep at three and then one and then 10 again and then nine like I don't know
I'm not even gonna fucking lie. I stay up most nights all night. I'm not even joking. I will stay up till fucking 7am in the morning. I'm not even joking with you. I don't sleep at all most days.
