Just out of curiosity, I want to know what time do you go to bed before midnight or after midnight? And I'm talking most nights. I'm not talking about like once a week Because I ironically even though I'm a morning person and I you know enjoy most of the daytime I Go to bed after midnight. I don't know why like my body will just not let me sleep before midnight and I thrive off little sleep and you know knock on wood I want everyone healthy and happy here and that's not the most ideal situation but it's just the way my body is but I'm very very curious to hear how you are with sleep.
I mean I feel to talk to y'all so I go to sleep around like On the like two o'clock that three o'clock in the morning. So, you know Yeah, I'll be talking to y'all bro. Y'all be having some funny ass things to talk about about. Not really. Y'all boring as hell. I be going to sleep sometimes.
So I am an after midnight person normally I go to bed about 230 3 o'clock and I'm kind of like you like I can go to sleep and then I get up every morning about seven 730 at the latest mom and I thrive I understand what you say when you said you thrive off of that little sweet I do as well
My bedtime schedule is so screwed the chair is always screwed it's gonna be like 245 in the morning and wake up about an aisle 910 but I am yeah my bedtime screwed I'll go to bed I miss us any times depends how I feel so yeah my bedtime is missing anything really
Shit, I used to not be able to sleep until like 3, 4 in the morning, but then it started to affect my health. Severely, so bad I had to go to the hospital. Um, cause I had this real intense pressure in my brain. But either way, I started taking melatonin, and uh, when that didn't work, even Benadryl to knock me out and now I'm getting the routine in and it's good.
