Okay, this is a very random question, but I want to know, do you mindlessly scroll social media? Because I will tell you, I have spent so many hours just seeing what's out there and I lose track of time and then I get stressed out about all the things I was supposed to be doing, but I just got caught in the moment and yeah, I have actually put a lock on my iPhone that actually limits my social media hours and that's helped a lot but you know we're all human it happens but I want to hear your experience. So yeah, tell me.
I barely have social media and that's one of the reasons why I do not mindlessly scroll this app and I do not mindlessly scroll YouTube which I use the new pipe client for which is available only on Android and there's no real incentive to mindlessly scroll that just one of the many good things about that app. The only thing I will mindlessly scroll is Audible and Scribd, Scribd, I don't know pronounce it but that's different
Yes girl, you're not alone. That's me too. And I'm not even... I don't really spend that much time on social media but when I do, I mindlessly scroll too and I just get distracted all the time.
I used to be good at like not minus these growings like social media especially like Instagram and things like that until TikTok got into the scene and TikTok literally makes you lose hours of the be because you just get lost because before you paid is literally Taylor toward you so it's just like okay after this one video I'm going to be done and then you actually see a video that you've been kind of thinking about or they just know how to read your mind and it's just like like
Oh my gosh, what you just said about TikTok. That is so relatable because I downloaded it during the pandemic, like when everyone was in quarantine and I was thinking, oh no, it's just another dance app. And then it ended up being so much more. You know, it's educational for so many reasons and I have really, truly learned so many things from other people and just like life hacks and everything you can basically think of. So yeah, before you know it's like 2 a.m. and I'm like, oh, okay, now I really have to close out this app.
Yes, like you I scroll social media mindlessly almost each and every hour every day and that excre- that hamper my productivity a lot which is why I have announced an installed the social media app like Facebook and Instagram from my Facebook and it is almost two weeks that I haven't visited Facebook from my mobile phone. However it is necessary or extremely important I always use my computer for that.

Yeah, I mean social media is basically all life now. Without social media we're nothing and that's a big problem. Nowadays, I just come in with anything I see and I see this literally makes no sense. Yeah, even I don't even know what that is and I'm still strong and ironic. Help.
Yeah, mindless scrolling, I guess that is what it's called. And then you're just like not able to focus on the things that you need to. One of the things, Instagram, I don't know what it is about it, but it's very, something's very captivating about it. I'm usually on it for a longer length of time than other social medias. Yeah, something about that. But that's a good idea to set a time limit on your phone.
You know what sometimes I do And that's when I know I need to take a break like a fa fa myself and catch myself just like okay I've been scrolling on this thing for hours, especially on tiktok tiktok can be very dangerous Like I remember the early days when I was on tiktok back in like 2018 or whatever 2019 like oh three four hours just scrolling on TikTok funny good times though
