I think I have started to do is add Chia seeds into my smoothies because you really only need 1 to 2 tablespoons and like just that small amount has so so many amazing benefits for your health

So I tried chia seeds only one time before. I saw TikTok where they said to put it into the green tea. I tried it, it was so gross. The texture of the chia seeds was disgusting and it grossed me out and I have not tried it since then but I didn't think to put it into a smoothie so I think I want to try it. I'm going to give it another shot and I'm going to put into a smoothie and hopefully that helps with the texture because I can't get past the texture of the chia seeds. It's so gross to me.
I love Chia seeds I have to be more consistent with them but she is seeds are really good I love adding them to salads and having them overnight soaked in almond milk and some blueberries and have that for breakfast really energizing and have a great of you know essential fatty acids and really good for your gut health and yeah they're just amazing super foods
