It's raining outside where I live and it made me curious to wonder like do you still work out when it's raining or does that like motivate you to go work out more because I feel like the weather can definitely impact your mood and motivation
So when I work out or exercise, I don't do it outside normally. I work out at my house and can't really get out to a gym. But I feel like when it's raining, it is kind of hard to motivate yourself because it's kind of like dreary outside. But I push myself to do it. And then I always end up having the best workouts when it is crappy weather outside.
