Do you like any of you not have enough fiber I honestly don't think I get the favor I know I don't think I've been drinking enough water either which is really bad so I'm trying to drink a lot more but like yeah and if you do get in a fight by what kind of favorite foods do you actually like enjoy
Oh, sweet, sweet fiber. Hmm, okay, so I swear by not to the T of the Old Wives tale, when Apple a day keeps the doctor away, because it can be possibly too much. But I do it every other day. I try to get an apple in every other day. I also really enjoy raspberries and blackberries. I also enjoy broccoli, but broccoli and I are not friends. friends. So if you can eat it, you're lucky you started the I'm just kidding.
I think like I agree with too much fabric and like sometimes like really affect like your your body so like you're fine and honestly like sometimes I don't really want to eat broccoli but I'm like no it's good for me so it's like it's a win lose situation for me oh but yeah but if I were is always will be important
Yeah broccoli is one of those I feel like that nobody liked as a kid you know what I mean but I always have loved broccoli like always I swear I could literally walk around with like a raw broccoli head and just eat it all day long even like the stem was people don't even like the stand they throw out the stem I'm like oh my god that's like the best part I mean if you have sensitive teeth it's hard to chew on but it's good broccoli
I honestly have never really thought about my favorite and take I guess I breads is the only thing that I could think of I'm sure like other grains and stuff account but that's the only like source of fiber in my diet water I definitely drink more as well
I have not been drinking water either, like I just genuinely haven't and like I need to. It's like kind of affecting me in a way so it yeah so um we're gonna I'm gonna drink a lot more water I usually drink a gallon but yeah that's our goal now to drink just water.
