So I have come to the conclusion that for my mental health I won't be pretty much I won't be on YouTube I dare you to fuck a while I don't want to do anymore I'm gonna be doing tick-tock soon either Instagram I'm OK with Kinda but like I don't know I just does not seem for me anymore and that's OK let me know if you guys have I got rid of like some apps I've taken like a mental break like on social media
Going on a social media break is so incredibly important and you know that I work as a content creator. So I feel like now more than ever, it's really important to find that balance and You know, take as many as you need to realign yourself and figure out what's best for you.
I'm trying to realize like maybe it's just not social media like it's not like specifically Instagram or like specifically like you know an app or something it's possibly like the screen because like for me I already suffer enough with my mental health stuff I took a break off of like the skin at work and I feel I feel so much better right now like I can be on my phone for like 00 a good amount
Yeah I have I just recently had one where I took like a month off and I feel like it was needed just because I thought I was so reliant on going on social media versing in the morning and just kind of making that focused throughout the day so yeah whilst it was quite hard not gonna lie but it was quite good to know that I could do it
Yeah I'm like I'm still kind of on it it's mainly like I am now kind of switching like I I have the option to be on the computer or not at work which is really good so I choose not to be on the computer and it actually helps me out a lot where I can come home and I can like be on the screen on my laptop for a while
I love taking social media breaks because a lot of my work is based on social media it can be hard for me to do that but there are certain seasons where I will go on a fast and I will say like I'm not gonna be on and I think it's really good because it can become really a crutch and an addiction because you're just checking your phone all the time or you realize like how much time you're wasting on it so yeah I think fasting from social media can be really regenerative to the brain and it just makes you reconnect to real people real conversations it's great
Yeah it's always pretty good to take like breaks and social media and like what you see and stuff like that so it's actually really nice and fun and I took a break actually on my computer at work and it really changed my brain like a lot
I so wish that I could do this, but I cannot because a lot of my business stuff is on social media, like my photography and reaching out to brands and things for product photos and stuff like that, so I feel like I'm forced to be on social media. otherwise they probably wouldn't be on it as much.
I feel like you know you still can Kinda you know take a break from social media but honestly I'm realizing leave it on social media maybe it's just the screen because I like work at work so I'm a PT but I still work like a personal trainer but I still work on a computer and today I literally didn't really one on the computer and it helped my brain a lot
