So am I the only one that like doesn't use an Apple Watch to track my fitness stuff? Because like I I just I rather see results in my body than like anything else right now instead of like like looking at an Apple Watch and stuff like that. So maybe I'll just use one, let me know.
See, I don't have like a fitness watch. I got a fucking digital watch. I got this 30 fucking dollar watch from Online and I was like, you know, this will work Shit has lasted me so long. It's a goddamn piece of plastic, but it like it fucking works It works and it's great. I love it. It's like my best friend I've gone through I think like two cycles of like time changes on that motherfucker So I feel like I've had it for a good bit. I'm making that shit against goddamn concrete in the last so
I don't either. I feel like so many people have them and really like them, but I don't know. I've just never really wanted or needed one, but I have heard of like this fitness ring lately. That sounds kind of cool. I think it's called like an Oro ring or something. It like does the same exact thing I think but it's a different brand.
I found a long as I got a waste of time I like had one it was just not worth it it's not worth it so like it's just doesn't do anything else but just be on your ass that's really it
I don't have an Apple Watch either or anything that records my steps besides an app called Pacer on my phone. But yeah, I don't feel the need to get a watch.
No I don't use it I just normally just use my phone I think fitness watch is a bit over the top and overrated everything is really necessary especially like trying to stay need to save me about devices but it does have its benefits and drawbacks that's gonna be the price but other than that
OK I have one but I don't use it like I said I know I fuck my phones in enough right now you know I don't need a fancy watch anything like that so yeah it it's not really like like I need it thing you know
I have never really been health conscious before recently, so I've definitely been using a watch to track my health and get into a healthier state. And I've lost 70 pounds since last May. I've lowered my blood pressure. I've developed better habits and I just feel better overall. using the watch to track that has been super helpful.
I do I use my Apple Watch it's so motivating and I know people say that you know don't rely on that to track your calories or anything but for me it just helps me to know that you know I'm moving my body or that I could improve more I could burn some more calories tomorrow than I did today it's really helpful and motivating for me
I own one and I'm so ashamed to say this. I don't use it. I like the way that it looks, the aesthetic of it. And it can be useful when you're on the go to tell time to check your call log for calorie counting, your heart rate monitor, so on and so forth.
Oh I love my Garman I use the Garmin Fenix seven and I love the information that it gives me I'd love to know my HRV I'd love to know like my recovery rate for things for work out to specially and especially use my Garmin when I'm running to see the zone that my heart is in because if you run in a red zone your recovery is harder and you're going to struggle to run the next day so I try to stay in the orange zone I find it really helpful
