My health tip of the day is practice gratitude. Remind yourself daily of things you're grateful for. Be specific. Write them down at night or replay them in your mind. By doing so, you're helping yourself to see the good in life and not so much the negative. And at first it can be kind of hard, but you know keep going with it because it's gonna help.
