My health tip of the day is use extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil is one of the healthiest vegetable oils you can use. It's loaded with healthy heart-healthy monosaturated fats and powerful antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory properties. It said it may benefit heart health as people who consume it have a lower risk for dying from heart attacks and strokes according to some evidence. So yeah, use that original olive oil in your salads when you cook. good stuff.
So interesting I didn't know all these like scientific facts however I always get not extra-virgin olive oil but I do got olive oil it's always the one that I haven't drawn to and maybe I just subconsciously knew that or have been told that in the past but I'm glad that I at least use one that is on the healthier side
