When you practice discipline and consistency in these two areas, it makes it that much easier to practice discipline everywhere else. And on top of that, that you'll have way more energy and be fueled up in order to do what is necessary in order to accomplish your goals.
to agree sleeping is so important. A healthy diet as well. But sleeping, I definitely agree. And I appreciate more now than then when, I'll burn my nose leaving that much.
