Happy Tuesday everybody how is everyone feeling physically mentally did you get your workout in today did you exercise and if you did it was it a good work out did you focus on one part of the body more today was my rest day I was very busy had an appointment could not exercise today but tomorrow I'm ready to get back at it it's gonna be a good hard work out and so happy I hope you guys are all having a great day and if you haven't worked out yet I hope you get a good workout in
Today I did it cardio which is my favourite day is it when it's just called you so favourite have a size not favourite I know it's not for everyone but if it was the most rewarding to me feel like I'm doing something which is an actual have no use my life you know more in Anita can a lot but I don't know I love it
I did exercise today so I'm actually expecting and so exercise is really important for me I feel like the exercises really helped me feel really good and well during this pregnancy so I focussed on my core strength and also my arms because I'm gonna be holding a baby soon so I'm working a lot on that right now
