Hey everyone happy Monday how is everybody feeling so did you get your workout in today and I got my workout in today and it felt really good it was a good 20 minute cycling ride on my peloton did some abs and core work afterwards took a shower I feel great ready to conquer the rest of the day and I'm just ready for this week I'm ready for all of the workouts I'm gonna be doing I'm only gonna have Tuesday as a rest day and I'm just I am determined and motivated
I did get my workout in this morning I really didn't want to go but I'm happy that I got it in because if I would've waited till later in the day it definitely wouldn't of happened so strength training tomorrow is up Body combat then we'll do strength training again Wednesday and Friday try to sneak in a little yoga or Pilates somewhere this week
