So am I the only one that like doesn't use an Apple Watch to track my fitness stuff? Because like I I just I rather see results in my body than like anything else right now instead of like like looking at an Apple Watch and stuff like that. So maybe I'll just use one, let me know.
Yeah, you certainly don't need one and I don't think you need an Apple watch necessarily Like I have a Fitbit, but only because it was a gift and it does like heart rate And like steps and stuff so it's kind of helpful sometimes to see but I would if I was gonna buy one I'd rather get a Garmin But yeah, I mean that's still a lot of money if your head's not in the motivation space to actually do what you need to do anyway
I just use my Apple Watch I like it because it tracks like my different workouts my steps and has other like various functions but in terms of just fitness I really like that account to my steps and arm tracks like my workout time and calories burned
