Do you guys take vitamins or supplements to improve your health or keep it keep it a good level I'd prefer take vitamin D quite regularly but because of all the supplements and has all the vitamins I don't really I am I was wondering do you guys take any any vitamins like that
I am generally speaking now but if I do I take vitamin di because I'm actually I've got him and he deficiency also have an iron deficiency is probably do something about that as well I usually don't do anything about it
I take a multi vitamin. I take it from Costco and it has a wide range of vitamins in it and it's a gummy vitamin super easy quick to take. I do want to get a different one because I think there's some sugar in that one and I don't need extra sugar.
So the vitamins and supplements that I take I'll take vitamin D especially in the fall winter months where I live because it's really gloomy here so I don't get enough sun exposure I also take probiotics and I take a really good omega so those are my top three that I'll take on a regular basis and then if there's something that my body acutely needs I will consult with my naturopath first or I'll try and see if I can get it from a food source but for the most part those are the three that I'll take on a consistent basis and then in the summertime I don't need to take vitamin D
yeah I take vitamin D, vitamin B12, magnesium and omega-3 I'm thinking also of adding zinc so I know there's like magnesium and zinc combined so I might just changed up for that.
I take vitamin D but I've heard a lot of like really good stuff about NMN. I don't know I don't know if I might start using that but I've heard like it reverses aging and like repair, repair cells and everything. I've only heard good things about it.
