Done a sauna and cold plunge combo and I found that it really did give me a dopamine boost. It's really good too for releasing brown fat, the really hard fat to shed. So yeah, I highly recommend it. I think it's amazing.

I've tried them before. I didn't feel the benefits so I ended up stopping, put myself free-sets trauma.

Stop listening to Joe Rogan man you'll get depressed also no I do not take cold showers because I don't hate myself I'm not trying to put myself through pain like that

Yeah, I basically take nearly ice cold showers. I don't have a bath so I have to shower, laying nice cold water, but yeah.

Yeah so not every single day but pretty often I end my shower with cold water. I'm just, I'm not at the place where I can take a full shower with cold water but I'll end it off and stay in the water for like 10 to 30 seconds and that does still give me a pretty good dopamine rush and it does improve my mood instantly.

Yeah, I've taken a cold plunge once before in Norfield, a health club, which is like, they got multiple ones, but this one was in Citibank, I think, if I'm not mistaken. And there was a sauna there as well, so I was alternating between the two. It's very good. I felt very good after and I could definitely see the benefits.

This is what I do. I start off with a hot shower and I'll kind of end it on a cold note, especially if I'm doing my hair routine.

I personally do not. I have really really hot showers. I can't hack the code so yeah.
