Does your childhood and your upbringing affect your relationships today I think something I've definitely noticed is in conflict item to withdraw and this affects my relationships so much I naturally I'm someone who shut down and withdraw because when I was a child that is kind of what happened to me I would always get shut down I wasn't really able to speak my mind so I grew up with those tendencies and it's not something I thought would affect my relationships but I very much do But I'm really glad that I am someone who is aware of this because it is something I am working on I am trying to meet the middle ground and also just communicating when I need my space as opposed to just shutting the person out what in your childhood has affected your adult relationships let me know
This is a very good question and I think that for most people that will be honest, yes, their childhood has affected my relate, like their relationships today. But I think it's also good to acknowledge that and be honest and allow those experiences to not affect your behaviors today. You know what I mean?
No definitely and you do you catch some people just saying that's the way I am that's the way I am not really understanding the roots of why you do certain things and some are more aware of it summer or not but it's definitely something interesting to know and work on
