Okay, for you fans of movies and TV and the whole production process, what's part of the process that you would love to get some insights on? I've worked in film, I've worked on 14 feature films, two network TV series, a bunch of commercials and was a freelance photojournalist, so I would love to share some many insights if you guys have things about film and production and being on set that that you were interested in. So, drop me some thoughts.
I've written several movies myself so I would have to say to the screen writing because it all starts there it all starts with a good script and I remember there is I don't remember who said it but there's like a quote that says like you can make a good script into a good movie you can make a good script into a bad movie but you can't make a bad script into a good movie so it all starts with the writing
Hey, that's pretty awesome. I'm in the early stages of writing my first feature screenplay myself, so very cool In your totally right you got to have a good foundation to build on or else nothing else matters after that So I agree writing is a very key part of the foundation of any film, but let alone a great one.
So my minor is filmed and I've been taking some photography out of the semester so I've been so interested and seeing how it goes from like how the director sees it to like the editor cause I like editing so I kinda wanna see that process cause I know that's like a grueling process but I would also like to see make up as well
That's awesome. The cinematography and the collaboration between the director, the director of photography, the gaffer, and editor, and the colorist and all that stuff, it is a very cool process and it takes a great director who's awesome at communicating his vision and also has a collaborative mind in order to make all that stuff work. So I will keep that in mind. Thanks for Thanks for sharing. That's awesome.
