I feel like your metabolism is really influenced by how often you're eating so personally I try and eat three larger meals a day and then usually like one snack throughout the day but that's just what works for me
I would have to say I eat three times per day. I have a really fast metabolism, so I could eat like a big portion and I won't gain anything, but honestly, I take care of myself regardless. I make sure I eat healthy. I don't abuse my metabolism, so I would have to say three times.
I used to eat five meals a day, five small meals, but it's just really hard to do as like it's busier. So I do four. It just helps with gut health and I can't with my health like even eat like enough to do like three meals a day in a meal. But it's a good thing with everyone can practice so I enjoy it.
Personally I eat around 2 to 3 times a day are usually script breakfast if I'm not working or eat breakfast if I am working I usually skip breakfast and I just have coffee until lunchtime
For me personally I feel like it depends like what time did I wake up did I have coffee did I not have coffee did I go to bed early or did I stay up late because those definitely alter how often I eat because if I am like Monday through Friday if I'm drinking coffee that kind of suppress my appetite a bit so I'm not eating like a heavier breakfast or anything but I would say on a regular basis at that like twice a day but I try to eat more just to keep my metabolism going
