Why do you work out I would really love to know because I personally am working out so much more often now that I'm working out for my mind like it's not even my physical strength stuff with my heart health but now that I'm working out for my mental health I'm going to the gym almost every day so I wonder why you work out
So I can show motherfuckers that getting old is for the birds. All that shit is for the weak. You be like, oh, well, I get old, I'm gonna sit down, and I'm gonna retire, and I'm gonna fuck that. I wanna work out now, so I could be able to do that shit when I get old, old, old.
So at the moment I'm working out for performance purposes because I'm an athlete but aside from that I think I'll probably work out to look good but also just for mental health I think it's quite important Does my current reasons for working out right now
I woke up myself but I am the number one reason obviously to look good I am and maybe number 3 to have my have a number to distract yourself you know the status of my worries your issues everything that's going on going to the gym is the best distraction
I work out because it helps me to stay disciplined. Like, um, I don't know. When I started working out consistently, it made me realize that no matter how hard something is, if I stay consistent and focused and dedicated that I can accomplish it. So watching myself get stronger and better while working out just gave me the motivation that I needed when it comes to my goals in other areas of life.
