Do you feel makeup embraces your features or hides your flaws? I was having a debate with one of my friends about this and personally I think makeup embraces your features and it brings out a certain confidence and it doesn't matter how much you use or what it's for. I feel like makeup is a great way for someone to feel on top of the world. And there is really nothing wrong with that. But my friend was telling me it's more about insecurities and covering something up to basically take away from what's really there. And I don't know, what do you guys think?
I think make up can honestly just I think we have just a form of art there's an audio I heard on TikTok that was like I hate make up is a form of art OK
Without the same time like I don't know I feel like it does but concealer would have my dark eyes but then my eyeliner and my mascara enhances my eyes you know
I think it's a little bit of both cover up the flaws but accentuate the parts that's great about you make up shouldn't be one way or another but I think the filters are going a bit crazy can't lie
I mean it depends as a guy I know I shouldn't be speaking on this but I will. For women who wear what I would consider too much makeup they know it because it's not contour. it's just a completely different person and I feel like that's way too much.
I really appreciate how respectful you were in your answer, and I know people can agree to disagree and whatever, but I, for the most part, do agree with what you said. I feel like to put on makeup is to embrace who you are and not change who you are.
I guess it really depends on who's wearing to make up like I don't wear a lot of make up so we're like mascara lipgloss sometimes blush and I feel like it just enhances like my natural beauty
Just being honest I think it depends on the type of make up and how much you use because like for some it may enhance your features but others it may genuinely change the way you look which is in a bad thing but it is what it is
