How much sleep do you get a night because I'm good with like 6 to 8 hours a night but my wife loves to get like eight literally 14 hours a night and I'm wondering how do you think that your sleep affects your health both your physical and your mouth and mental health because I think that it has a huge effect and I would love to know your opinion on that

That's such a good amount of sleep that's like the perfect amount and you're so lucky I probably get the same to be honest but I know a lot of people don't get that much sleep my friend recently had a baby and she's been getting like four hours of sleep

I agree if I don't get eight hours of sleep I'm a total biatch and like everything just seems to go wrong it's like I didn't have enough time to recoup and reenergize like I wasn't plugged in long enough you know

Not enough. I wake up every two hours. It's horrible. I wish I could get a full night of sleep. It would be so nice

That's the worst I hate when I go through phases or nights where I'm just waking up like every hour or I have to pee all night long it's just so annoying when your sleep gets interrupted like that

I think it supposed to pour in Porten to wake up at the same time every day feel like when you wake up the same time every day you have Leica retain your life and you feel much healthier

I agree, and then your body just kind of sets its automatic rhythm, and it's always waking up at the same time and going to sleep at the same time. And I think in general that routine is just really good for the brain and the health.

I think sleep definitely affects me the next day if I don't get enough sleep I'm just I don't have the patience I'm just a little irritated yeah I love my sleep but if I can't get it because of my nine month old daughter then coffee definitely helps out

I don't have a specific schedule so it depends I go to bed at 3 AM sometimes or one or 12 maybe five sometimes and by normally I get 10 hours sleep and then after breakfast I'll sleep for two more hours I don't feel like it affects me that much But it just helps me my brain rest

Call before us or asleep taken sleep medication I probably only got about like maybe 23 hours of sleep per night it really takes a toll on your huge toll if you don't sleep everybody to sleep

Lately I've been getting like seven seven and a half but I feel like I need to get like eight and a half to nine to feel really really good when I wake up.
