Okay so do you cut your electronics at a certain time or even before bed did you know that doing so can actually help improve the quality of your sleep so if you can't sleep feeling tired I recommend to try going off your phone for 30 minutes before bed and see if it helps you also even drinking a glass of milk before but I find that really helps me get a good night rest if you don't know what to do in that 30 minutes literally reading a book talking to your partner hang with the cats or even wash your face and getting ready for bed makes time go pretty fast

Yes I do I put my phone down whenever I go to sleep obviously and whenever I'm in class in school I put it down in class sometimes but sometimes I use it in class but

But most of the time I use it in class but like usually that's whenever I finish my work in that class.

I always aim to put my electronics down by like 10 30 p.m. but that never happens So what I've started doing is wearing blue light reflecting glasses.

I have a bad habit of staying on my phone right before I go to bed, but last night I put my phone away early and And I had the most amazing sleep, so I'm gonna start doing that

I don't, I have before in my life, but I think that I probably should again. It's just something that I'm not, it's not a priority that I have in life right now. Like to be honest, it is something that I think about and might happen eventually, but just not right now.

I'm guilty of using my electronics before I go to sleep, but I also do use it to read. it is probably a good idea to wait 30 minutes and not be on anything.

No, but I really should. I really really should. But the first thing I do in the morning is grab my phone and the last thing I do at night is grab my phone. so it's terrible.

No, I wish I could. I wish I could be that person, but I usually fall asleep with my phone in my hand. It's terrible.

I tried to put them away like 30 minutes before I go to sleep but I usually am up on my phone until like probably 15 minutes before I go to bed which is not ideal.
