So this morning I was having a really awesome conversation through a soundbite with Alyssa and the question was about meeting down because she has so many different topics that she and she's eclectic and likes to talk about so many different topics and she just doesn't know you know how to how to niche down so here is how you solve that because number one it's not about you it's about the people that you want to help so write down your different categories you're different Contin buckets you're different points of focus And look for the overarching theme and that is where it's going to be but you also don't want it to be like this massive like women's empowerment that's huge you want it to be something specific and that way then you can create your avatar around that like what is her name and what is her struggle what is her dream what are her hopes for her goals all that kind of stuff so making but making that list so that you have it down on paper and then if you're still struggling with that you can also ask the people that you know I can trust for their feedback to you because a lot of times business owners or interview as the entrepreneur you're just too close for clarity I hope that makes sense let me know if you have any questions

I agree with everything that you've said in terms of if you must niche down, but I feel like we're in a world now where niching down only fits if you're overwhelming your audience. I think you can still have multiple entries as long as you can.

It definitely makes sense. I mean that is a good way to basically recognize who is your target audience and your buyer persona. That is one of the best strategies to do it.

I might sound a bit stupid for asking this but what is niching down? I've never heard of such a phrase.

So some people say niche, some people say niche, and it's just finding like your little area of the market that you focus on for like serving your clients and getting real specific with it.
