Good evening everyone it is ash wise at chicken in I hope everybody is having a fantastic day today Today's my grandmother's 95th birthday And we had a conversation about how technology has changed Not a super long one because she has the medium stages of dementia But she told me about remembering you know, calling and ask, telling the operator, the switchboard operator, who she was trying to get in touch with and all that kind of good stuff. Yeah, she remembers like her family was one of the first to have a car in their area. So her family, so that family comes from is the jack side and they own the recipe for Monterey Jack cheese and then the largest land-based oil company in North America, which is SW Jack. Now all of that went to the oldest, which was the brother, great-uncle Sammy, or Jackie, Sammy. Yeah. And, you know, anyway, but it was interesting to see how much technology has gotten better in And since, you know, I mean, she's almost a hundred. It's pretty crazy. Um, so yeah, like it was just really interesting. Um, because I can, you know, remember before the internet, right? And how much things have changed since from going, you know, analog to digital. But what she talked about in the electricity and, oh my goodness, just crazy. So let's just appreciate, take a moment to appreciate all of the good things that we we have and how awesome technology really is.
First of all, happy birthday to your grandmother. But yeah, no, that's so crazy how much technology has really evolved. Shit, electricity. I'm thinking like cell phones too. You know, there was a time where you had the cell phones in the car, like the actual cell phones in the car. um, ugh, just, it was so crazy. Oh my gosh.
