Okay do you not think what you eat is important because I need to see in your body is a temple but I know like people that we can't see your McDonald's pizza and nothing to minds of it but me personally I've tried to call you type so fast food I like to eat clean food cause I feel like it just makes me feel better now and I've included but yeah let me know
It's not really about watching it it's about how big of a portion like you eat and feel like because I can eat chocolate bar and if I'm taking a lot of it or small bits of it it has big differences
I feel like what you eat is important to be honest, especially if you're trying to stay in shape then eating junk food and stuff, possibly death will affect your body but But I don't really care to go into this as long as you're working out, I think it's fine.
Yeah 100% I think food or your nutrition is more important than like the exercise itself you know working it's good but I think nutrition plays a bigger role in like your overall wellness
Eat your veggies, make sure that everything's balanced and you're good. You're not lying to yourself when you say that eating clean food makes you feel better. It does. There's nothing blocking your shit, you know? fat in your fucking veins and arteries.
I think what you eat is the most important thing out of everything in the whole world it's more important then how much you work out or like everything else you have to eat properly
