So this is a really random question, but I'm just curious. Do you guys track like how much grams of fruit you eat per day? Like how many serves of like vegetables and stuff like that? and if you do like how much are you having?
I used to actually track this in like fitness pal years ago but it becomes super cumbersome and then not really understanding how to measure the servings properly.
I don't track how much I eat because I personally don't have the means to do it but I think the important thing is really just to make sure that you're having fruits or vegetables every day because fiber is important but
