Dilemmas. Background checks for jobs. Why give an awful letter before background checks come? Then when backtrounds come back, we don't deal with people. It's silly. Why do we do it? What is the reason? Wasting my time, wasting your time. Don't do it. You need a better business model. Your motherfuckers go to school, and you're not that fucking bright. But what the fuck do I know? My background and shit.
I mean I think people are hopeful that when they send the offer letter they're not sending it to a convicted criminal Or somebody who hasn't you know have that time lay over between what they did and now so yeah
And not all things are majorly criminal, but the thing is like people who are trying to fill a job They're like we're gonna send you this offer letter and us in good faith We just know you're gonna pass this back or all you ain't pass this shit. We got offered to somebody else That's probably what it is.
Even when you're not a convicted criminal you are still on your record in New York I get a prize additional charges come up and they judge you based off of that like even if you just went to court for he was found innocent you still get
Yeah I get that much but I feel like it should be in reverse I feel like you should do all the checks and services and all that stuff before you offer someone position because you know that you're telling people that you got a job at organic things
But if you know you have some thing on your background why not be upfront about that because they probably think that you probably have a clean background
